Shop Policies


All orders with free shipping will be shipped USPS or FedEx where applicable.

USPS Ground Advantage and FedEx Ground/Home delivery averages 2-5 business days.

USPS 1-3 day Priority mail is our fastest shipping option. Due to current logistics and scheduled mail pick-up times, we are unable to offer express/expedited shipping options; and we are unable to use personal shipping accounts.

Fulfillment times
We are fulfilling most orders same - next business day, but have a stated 1-3 business day fulfillment policy. We state 1-3 business days to account for any unforeseen circumstances.

For the last several years we have averaged fulfillment in less than 20 hours after your order is placed as of July 2023. Occasionally, orders may take us longer to package and fulfill. However, we are fulfilling all orders within 1-3 business days as stated.

Requirements for shipping wholesale orders

For orders over $500, direct signature will be required. Please keep up with tracking and be available at time of delivery.

A valid address for USPS and FedEx will be required for orders over a pound and we are not responsible for any delay or returned shipments if the address provided is undeliverable by USPS or FedEx.

What happens after the shipping courier has picked up my order?

After fulfillment and parcel pickup, your order will be in the hands of the shipping service and we cannot control, or be held responsible for any delay or loss on the part of the shipping carrier.

Shipping delays/ Missing Package

If there is an issue with shipping or delivery, we recommend contacting the USPS or FedEx as soon as possible.

If your order never arrives and the USPS or FedEx is unable to help, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help as we are able.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address, we are happy to ship it out one more time for an additional shipping fee.

We are unable to alter destinations or open lost or missing item cases with USPS or FedEx after the package has been accepted by USPS or FedEx; please accept our apologies. We recommend that you contact USPS or FedEx as soon as possible to open a case with them.  Placing a phone call and waiting to speak with someone usually gets better results than making an online claim, and doing both seems to get the quickest results.

Care instructions 

We recommend storing in airtight glass containers/jars in a cool, dry, and dark place. One should avoid excess heat, light, and humidity when storing most herbs and spices.

Are they natural?

Our products contain NO SYNTHETIC "enhancers," bonding compounds, chemicals, fillers, or pharmaceutical additives. Nor do our products contain cannabis or tobacco. It only contains 100% naturally grown, harvested, and minimally processed herbs. If there are multiple ingredients, they will be listed within the product description of the listing.

Will these herbs cure me? / Dosage / Medical advice

While we specialize in procuring high quality herbs from around the world, we are not herbalists or health care specialists and we are unable to dispense medical advice or product recommendations.

Not for human consumption?

Due to the varying legalities regarding consumption of various products internationally, we are required to put a blanket disclaimer on many of our products, therefore they are intended as botanical specimens only.

Certifications / Forms / Testing

We recommend ordering a sample size to do any testing you may require before purchasing larger amounts.

Please note, some of the rarer herbs grown by small farms are lovingly processed, but still largely raw agricultural products that may require further processing before certain types of use. We specify our organic products as organic when they are grown and processed in an organic manner. However, unless otherwise noted as USDA organic, these products are not certified by a third party as it is extremely cost prohibitive. These products often exceed USDA standards with no fertilizers or "cides" of any kind being used. While we do not provide batch specific COAs for these products, we do random safety testing by a third party on a regular basis for biologicals and heavy metals and the off chance of outside contamination.
